The experience with this company was Fabulous! We knew we had to replace 3 skylights and from the moment we called the whole process was exceptional. Mike came and analyzed, measured and explained why our old ones needed to be replaced. There was no pressure whatsoever. Velux is a great product. Alex and Dennis installed the skylights. One was 4' by 6' on the second story! They worked all afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this company. Please give them a call if you are considering new skylights. They are the experts!

These guys saved the day!!! The company I had originally contracted with decided they no longer had the resources to complete the job for me. Mike and his team stepped in and went out of their way to help me with my skylight install. Denis was the lead installer and was on time, polite, and did great work. I would 100% recommend these guys for anyone needing a new install or replacement.

I needed to replace old and leaking skylights. I researched several companies and the only one who actually knew anything about skylights and returned my call was Natural Home Lite. Mike was on time and took great care to explain the process to me. The installer was such a hard worker and was very respectful of the property. He completed the outside portion of the three skylights in one day and only needed a couple of hours the next day to finish the inside work. He was also very helpful in explaining the remotes and workings of the motorized blinds. I am so pleased with the skylights and am able to say goodbye to leaks and ceiling damage. I am also able to take a tax write-off next year. You will not be disappointed in using a company that knows their product as well as Natural Home Lite.

We had Natural Home Lite come to our home and replace our 30 year old skylights. Everyone I spoke to at Natural Home Lite was professional. Ali, Mike, and his installation team never missed a deadline. They did what they said and even went above those expectations. When it comes to having a window on your roof you don't want to cut corners. Mike and his team use the best skylight on the market and I could tell that his install team was well trained and knew what they were doing. I sleep well knowing that our skylights will easily last another 30 years.

Natural Home Lite was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough - everything you want in home improvement! Our new skylights are beautiful and high-quality. Their skill and workmanship is top-notch...you would never know they opened up our roof, took out our old leaky skylights, and installed beautiful new ones! They left no trace on the inside or on our roof! And the Velux skylights themselves are amazing! They have solar-powered shades that allow us block out the sun during the heat of the day, and open them up at other times to light the light in! Beautiful!

Considering all the contract works I had, Natural Home Lite was the best company I worked with. They are punctual, what they promised was delivered, when they told they will be there at 9AM, then they called at 8:30 that they will be 10 minutes early. They promised the work will be 2 days, and it was. The skylight works perfectly, we just cannot imagine how did we live without it. 100% recommended company!

We love our new skylight tubes - installation was fast with very little dust. The installer was professional, friendly, and efficient. The price was competitive AND there is government energy credit until the end of the year! (2019) All in all, a great experience.

We have hired Natural Home Lite on two occasions and have been so happy with their work and the overall experience that I've no doubt we'll be hiring them again. The first time (in 2017) we had them install a solar tube in our bathroom. The difference was amazing and the work was great as we've had no issues with that at all. Last year (2018), after meeting with them and going over various option, we had them install 3 skylights. For this job we feel the company went above and beyond as the two employees who did the work came up from Charlotte and spent the week in Greensboro. They were great with our children and did excellent work. The skylights completely brightened up the rooms and perhaps most telling - in the four months after the work was done two hurricanes & a huge snow storm came through and there have been no issues whatsoever. The owner even called us before the first hurricane to let us know they stand by their work and that if there were any issues we should let them know.

Natural Home lite did a great job replacing a broken skylight for us. Mike was on time and courteous for the estimate. He gave us a great price (we shopped around) and was very knowledgeable. The guys that did the installation were also on time and very neat. We’ve had it for several months now and have had no issues. I would definitely hire them again!

These guys were perfect! If you are looking for Skylights or suntubes Mike Towsends team are THE ones to hire. Mike arrived on time to go over what we wanted and provided brochures showing the options open to us. He provided good impartial advice as to size and positioning. He sent us examples if his previous jobs that specifically highlighted points raised during our meeting. Once my partner and I decided to go ahead Mike provided us with a line by line estimate (no mystery lump sum quotes here). The date for work to begin was set. A couple of days before, Mike emailed us reconfirming the start date and time. On the day his two man crew arrived. Alex took time to review the plan with me and ensure nothing had changed. Then he and Dennis lined out where the skylights were going and got the final ok from me. The guys worked cleanly and professionally throughout the duration of the two day installation. They both went that step beyond to ensure the job went smoothly and with the least impact to our household. Near the end Mike showed up and checked with me that all was well. Once complete Alex went through the remote for the blinds with me and checked with me that we were happy. We are both thrilled with the results and with the execution of the entire project. My partner says she would not hesitate in hireing Mike Towsends crew for future projects which is praise indeed. We have hired so call “professionals” before and been less than impressed, but these guys are by far the best by a long way (we wish they could do all our projects :) ).
