I usually don't write reviews, but when customer service is outstanding I feel a need to let everyone know to go with this company if you need skylights. From the first phone call with Jenny and the estimate visit with John and Josh, I felt I was in capable hands. They were professional, courteous and had an attention to detail. Never before have I had workman in my house and not had to do a thing when they left! Very clean and a job well done. I am beyond pleased with their work, they set an example for what customer service should be.

Customer Service is great. Installation and workmanship was great. They go above and beyond to make sure that these are installed correctly and will not leak. If you need or want skylights added, but are worried about future leaking, you can be confident in Velux windows installed by Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions. If mine leak, I am confident it will be due to manufacturers defect, not the installation.

I recently replaced 4 older Velux skylights with newer ones through Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions and their attention to detail is amazing! The guys did a quality install and left the place spotless. I even got a nice hands-on lesson with the new technology features and wi-fi control of the skylights. Highly recommend! After getting quotes and meeting with 3 other companies, WSS is the only one that didn't feel like a salesman, and felt more like a problem solver, not to mention the best price!!! Thanks guys!

We used Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions in the spring of 2017 to replace two old leaking skylights. They were replaced by the same design Velux skylights. The installation was done by Dan and we couldn't have asked for a better job or guy to work with. Dan was was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. He spent several hours on the job making sure it was done right. The result was some very nice looking skylights, both inside and out. We are very impressed on how efficient these lights are. I was extremely pleased with the work done in my home. The skylights are beautiful and “tight as a drum”. They have held up extremely well in some of the bad and extremely cold weather we have had recently. I called Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions to give us a price on replacing three existing powered skylights that were old and in need of repair. Dan Sturm came out to look at what we had and presented us with a replacement solution that included three new Solar Powered Skylights. We chose Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions, a Velux certified 5-Star Skylight Specialist because we wanted the job done right. They also include a 10 year no leak warranty. Their price was fair and they did a fantastic job. What a difference the new skylights made to our home. Thank you again!

I highly recommend them. We got several quotes and WSS was the best price! They work was done so professionally they even went above and beyond to make sure the inside looked good too. We are so happy with our skylight. I would definitely use them again and again. Great company.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of Dan and his crew. After getting 4 other estimates, it was clear WSS was the right choice. In 1 day, we had 2 brand new skylights installed in the upstairs craft room. Boy what a difference!

Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions handled the replacing of my existing skylights with excellent service! They arrived at my home at a time that worked for me to assess the replacement windows for a quote and when it was time for installation they again came on a day that worked out for me. They were done in one day with installation and completely cleaned up both inside and outside of my home. When one of the widows on a hot summer day cracked I sent them an email and within minutes they contacted me to tell me they were on it and a replacement will be ordered. That is terrific service!
