A hailstorm punched a hole in my skylight. I contacted several roofers nearby to fix it. But each roofer was busy. The storm struck a large area. The hail damage was widespread. One roofer nearby said the storm damaged his own roof on the same night. He had to tarp his roof at 4 AM. Then he had to fix multiple roofs in Oklahoma. A solo roofer came by to cover the skylight with a tarp. For the time being, this keeps the house dry. It would take weeks to supply new skylight domes. Two weeks later, Skylight Solutions became available. They were in Dallas, so they were not that close. Yet within an hour's drive. But they manufactured skylight domes. They even ship the domes across the nation. I felt lucky to be within their reach. Their pro came to inspect the skylight. He left the tarp cover on. This way, rain wouldn’t enter the house. But he couldn’t see the method of securing the skylight to the house. He was certain of the dimensions. The size was not standard. Skylight Solutions had to make a custom dome. A few weeks later, the same pro came and installed the new dome. He said there is a more secure way to install the dome. I declined the option to have a stronger installation. The house move was draining our funds at a fast pace. The new dome looks good from the outside and inside. Skylight Solutions had a quality product and good installation. No wonder they have a 4.9 out of five rating.

My guys were working on a roof and accidentally broke a skylight. Skylight Solutions came through very quickly and offered fantastic customer service. Big shout out to A-Aron the installer who came out to fix the skylight. Good work man!

I am very happy with the install and beautiful upgrade from existing skylight. Edgar was very helpful and responsive, even pushed the install up a day to avoid bad weather. Pictures were provided before the install and after the install and i was informed every step of the way of exactly what will be done. Couldn't be more pleased with this company. We had a little hiccup with the measurements, but they came out quickly, and replaced the skylight as soon as the new one came in. No muss, no fuss, they fixed it and made it right.

These guys are great! We are not even local, and they are wonderful to work with. We had a small issue with one of our skylights almost 2 years after purchase and they were out here in a week fixing it. Highly recommend :)

We replaced some recently installed skylights we were terribly unhappy with. From the time I talked with the office through George coming out to discuss options to when he installed our choice we were confident we made the right choice this time. One of the smoothest transactions/experiences I can remember. The tech was in and out in 15 minutes. Price was $70 bucks less than others. 2019 has been a particularly active storm season. Had our skylights replaced this past year because one of the skylights had been blown off by a storm and another one was leaking. The service and installation were efficient and great. We are very happy on how it turned out. I recommend this company.

The company was very professional and personable at the same time. Prompt response to my initial call, quick turn around on a custom order, and upfront with answers to my questions. They covered the area below the skylight and was careful about tracking dirt from the outside or roofing materials dropping down during the replacement. My skylight was 30 years old, very oversized & custom shaped, so understandably, the cost to replace was a little more than stock sizes, but I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with the results. I had a double layered, domed acrylic. Glass would have been too heavy. It's 3.5 foot by 6.5 foot. I didn't put a photo of the finished product because I wasn't about to climb on the roof, and from the inside, you'd just see a translucent white rectangle. Give them a call - they can do anything with skylights.

I waited six weeks for my new skylight because of the special size of my current skylight and the fact that I wanted double bronze color. It was well worth the wait. Wow! The crew at this company are the best in Dallas. They are knowledgeable, fast and turnkey. We had an old skylight repaired and several skylights installed in our kitchen. They not only installed the new skylights but also patched all the sheetrock, texture and paint to match the existing ceiling. We can't recommend this company enough.
