Great, friendly and professional service from start to finish. Pricing was reasonable compared to a competitor’s quote so we ended up installing two tube skylights. Arlie was able to provide advice and recommendations which the competitor company was not able to do, and talked me through the decision process. We were lucky to have installation within a day of quoting and couldn’t be happier with the results. What a difference it has made to our kitchen and dining area.

EXCELLENT customer service! We had two 14" inch skylights installed, one in a bathroom the other in the laundry room. Marylou explained the work and product and we are very satisfied with the result - makes a world of difference. It was so hot on install day but they got it done - very neat and efficient. Nature Vue Skylights should be put in the Better Business Manual under "Example of what a perfect customer service experience looks like" ! I have been around a long time and I have never felt so good about how I was treated by everyone, through the whole process. Why even the young lady that had to transfer my call one day, sounded like she was tickled to death to do it. And the product, the sun tunnel skylights, give so much light that I feel like I am at the beach. I am now able to get my daily dose of sunlight without having to get out in the weather. Oh, and I can feel no heat coming in from them, so they got that right too. I am sure I will be doing business with them in the future and every time I think about it, I smile. What a comforting feeling to know you can trust a company so much. If only some other companies could take a lesson from Nature Vue.

Scheduling the install was very quick and easy and the installers were great - on time, very pleasant and efficient. Most importantly, we love the skylight!! I am so pleased with my new Nature Vue Skylight. It's everything I imagined and more. The installers William and Mike were very professional, courteous and very efficient. Nature Vue came in and replaced the tops of my old 2x2 skylights and added solar tubes to my kitchen where traditional skylights would not fit. I love the light I now have in my kitchen and love the clear view through my new glass tops. The owners and crew were polite and timely. I was very pleased with their service and the product!

I just had a second tube-style skylight installed by Nature Vue. I had the first one installed some 6 years back and it's performed great bringing a perfect amount natural light into what had be a kitchen that was just too dark. I am converting part of my garage to a workshop and wanted more natural light without having to have the garage door open as some of the projects I'm going to work on will make more noise than it would be fair to subject my neighbors to. So I decided to add another tube style skylight in the garage and contacted Nature Vue given my prior good experience with them. Imagine my surprise to discover that the exact same people who had impressed me so much the first time ... from the owners, to the sales contact, to the gentleman who does the installation ... were all exactly the same. More wonderful service and another skylight installed quickly and professionally.

What a great experience! From the original estimate through the end of the installation the communication was terrific, everyone was on time, the estimator and installer were absolutely professional, installation was quick, clean and efficient. And the final cost was less than the estimate! Who knew that a single 14" skylight could make such a difference in a room? Great product, great people, great addition to a room. We were not sure if we wanted skytubes or a traditional skylight. Mary Lou was very helpful in guiding us to a decision. Mark came to the house and described the pro's of each, and gave us some cost estimates. We chose a traditional skylight. We wanted to be able to see sky, clouds, rain, etc. After two days, we couldn't be more pleased. Although the first day was very cloudy and rainy, the light that came in was just what we had hoped for. Day two was a bright, sunny day and we have sunlight in our previously dark kitchen. The installer, William, was on time, did a great job (he had to work in the rain), and left the work site clean. At the end of the day, Mark stopped by to see if we were okay with everything and we received a follow-up e-mail from Mary Lou the next day. Would recommend Nature Vue and Mary Lou's team to anyone wanting to brighten their home!

Love, love, love them! The finish product was exactly how I envisioned it. Lots of natural light in a room and a hallway that had been dark. Nature Vue was a joy to work with. Mark (sales) was a great listener, knew his product inside and out and, after crawling around in our attic, made great recommendations. William and Kenneth installed the three skylights. They were on time, professional and did a superior job. They even cleaned up after they were finished! My wife was very happy with the installation of the skylight. They were on time and did a professional job. I like the idea of them putting a small pilot hole in the area we wanted the unit to make sure it was positioned right.

We had a hole from a tree branch in our roof. I called another roof repair company but he said they couldn't get to it for several weeks. He gave me the number for Nature Vue Skylights. Mary Lou said William could come out that same afternoon to assess the damage and sent me an email confirmation for my records. William called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me how he wanted to repair the hole, what products he would use, how long it would take and how much it would cost all without me having to ask a single question. He even happened to have all the material needed, including the same color shingles, on his truck so he was able to complete the repair immediately. Mary Lou followed up a few days later after we had some rain to make sure the repair was holding up. I am VERY happy that I went with Nature Vue. We had a skylight installed in a combination bedroom/home office and are very pleased with the installation and the results. The installers arrived on time and worked quickly and quietly.
