We had a wonderful experience with Natural Home Lite. Their salesman, Mark, was able to come out within a couple of days to assess our options. He was great, absolutely no pressure from him on the bigger ticket items, he gave us great advice on products and placement, and our dogs loved him. Denis was able to come out within a few days for install (incredibly quick timeline!!!). He was fast, professional, and helpful. We had a small hiccup with the placement of some existing wiring and Denis was able to come back the next business day with new materials to install based on an updated plan, much to our dog’s delight. Everything was very speedy, every person I spoke to or interacted with was friendly and professional, and I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. I would highly recommend Natural Home Lite for any skylight/sun tunnel needs!
