As the world leader in skylights, we’ve stood behind our products for over 50 years with a promise of lasting service and quality. And we still do to this day with our VELUX 20/10/5 years limited product warranties for specific product coverage issues. As well as, a 10-year “No Leak” installation warranty on deck mounted skylights. This covers correct skylight and flashing installation (product and labor) against leaks.

5-Star Skylight Specialist Warranty

Harlan Smith Skylights, Inc. offers a 3 year No-Leak Warranty on all of our installations:

Skylights are warranted by the skylight manufacturer. We warrant our installation against leaks for three (3) years from the date of completion if we installed all curbs, flashings, and roofing materials adjacent to each skylight. We are not responsible for leaks or damage caused by debris buildup, damage by others, failure of existing roofing materials, condensation or lack of ordinary maintenance.

5-Star Skylight Specialist: This company specializes in VELUX products and has achieved our company's highest standard of certification as an independent installer of our product. This company has the ability and desire to assist you with all of your VELUX product needs.
